This Knowledge Article explains how to manually upload additional request-specific documents that Reviewers may need to access within the GOapply User Interface. For example, if an applicant provides supplemental documents outside of GOapply that Reviewers must reference, you can follow the steps below to upload those files so they are available for Reviewers.

Manually Create GOapply Status Tracking Attachment Record
Navigate to the GOapply Status Tracking record.
You can do this by navigating directly to the GOapply Status Trackings table in the GOapply area of akoyaGO:
Or from the GOapply tab of a Request record:
From the Status Tracking record, click Related > GOapply Status Tracking Attachments:
Choose +New GOapply Status Tracking Attachment:
Give your Status Tracking Attachment a Name and click Save. After clicking Save, click Choose File to upload your attachment:
When this Status Tracking Record is added to a Review Group, the attachment will now be included.
Upload to Request (Optional)
If you also want this document available in akoyaGO from the Request record, go to the Documents tab and upload it there. Please note that this does not impact whether Reviewers can see the document in the GOapply interface. Uploading it to akoyaGO is optional and simply allows you to store the document long-term within the Request record.
