In a situation where the Foundation and/or the Fundholder does not wish to have a Fund shown on an approved Request/Grant payment, navigate to the Payment or Requirement record.

On the right-hand side of the record is the Accounting section. Within that section, there is an “Anonymous” field. This field defaults to “No,” but if you are wanting to have the Fund unseen on the checks, simply switch the option to “Yes.”

The screenshot below shows how the check stub will look after selecting “Yes” in the Anonymous field.
