personalization settings

Introduction

There are personal settings that will enhance your akoyaGO experience. This guide will show you where and how to make them.

Open personalization settings

Personalization Settings can be found by clicking on the gear in the teal menu bar in the top right corner of akoyaGO.

The following settings are recommended to get the most out of akoyaGO. However, you are free to explore other settings and set them as you see fit.

General tab settings

The General Tab houses many settings you’ll want to set.

  1. Select your homepage and settings – here you can decide which workplace and which tab is associated with the home button on the Navigation Bar.

  1. Set the number of records shown per page in any list of records – you want this to be 250. That is the maximum number of records you’ll see in a view and prevent you from having to click “Next Page” each time.

  1. Select the default mode in Advanced Find – set this to “Detailed”. This gives you the most options when creating criteria on the Advanced Find screen.

  1. Set the time zone you are in – confirm that this setting is correct.

  1. Select a default currency – if this isn’t filled in with the correct currency, click on the magnifying glass at the end of this field to find it.

If you’re done with Personalization Settings, you can click “OK” at the bottom of the screen. If you have more settings to set, continue to the next tab.

email signature

Since emails can be sent from akoyaGO directly, you’ll want to make sure you’ve set up an Email Signature set up.

On the Email Signature tab, click “New”.

Next, you’ll see a screen where you can create your email signature.

After you’re done, click “Save and Close”. If you’re done with Personalization Settings, you can click “OK” at the bottom of the screen. If you have more settings to set, continue to the next tab.

privacy tab setting

Built into Dynamics 365 is a way to share error data with Microsoft. We recommend setting this to automatically send error reports instead of asking you each time.

If you’re done with Personalization Settings, you can click “OK” at the bottom of the screen. If you have more settings to set, continue to the next tab.
