Removing Phase from review group
Use these steps to remove a single applicant's submission from the review group.
Process
To delete an Review Group Application (Phase) from a Review Group:
- From the Review Group, select the Requests tab.
- Find the Review Group Application record you want to remove from the Review Group and select the record.
- Click the Delete Review Group Application button on the righthand side of the View.
- You will receive a pop-up box to Confirm Deletion. Select Delete.
Note, this action will only delete the review group application record. This will not delete the status tracking record for the submission OR the request record for the submission.
- You will see that the submission has been removed from the Review Group.
- You can search for the Request to ensure it is still in your database.
