Running Fund Statements and Financial Reports in akoyaGO
From a fund record in akoyaGO CRM, users can run fund statements and three different financial reports.
Set-Up: Select Financial Reports in Business Central
The financial reports that you can run in CRM are determined in the General Ledger Setup in Business Central.
Search Business Central for General Ledger Setup.

Scroll down to the akoyaGO section. In the Reporting area, select the three financial reports you would like to be available in the Fund record in CRM.

Running Financial Reports from Fund Record in akoyaGO CRM
From a Fund record, open the Financial Reports tab.

In the Report dropdown, you will see the reports designated in Business Central.

Users can also set date ranges for the reports. The date range will default to the current year to date. Users will need to click Update to force the report to run with the new dates.

Users can print or save the report by clicking the printer or download icon in the upper right corner of the report.
Running Fund Statement from Fund Record in akoyaGO CRM
Fund Statements can also be run in akoyaGO CRM. From a fund record, open the Fund Statements tab:
The date range will default to the current year to date, but users can change the date range as needed. Users will need to click Update to force the report to run with the new dates.
Users can print or save the fund statement by clicking the print or download icon.
Please note that the format used for the fund statement for this fund is determined by the Fund Statement Format set on the fund:
If this field is left blank, your default Fund Statement Format will be used.
