This Suggested Learning Course introduces GOapply, focusing on GOapply setup in akoyaGO and the experience for an external GOapply User. Using the GOapply Administrator Guide as a reference, you will learn how GOapply Users (applicants) can register, apply, and complete reports and/or agreements in the GOapply UI. You will also review key setup items, such as GOapply Settings, Email Templates, and other configuration options to ensure the GOapply User Interface and overall experience function as intended. Lastly, you will learn how to set up an Opportunity and Phase for GOapply Users to complete.

      It demonstrates how the Organization Profile form can be customized to control which fields GOapply Users can view or edit.

      This video demonstrates how to enable Organization Profile Change Requests to require review and approval by an akoyaGO user before changes proposed by GOapply Users are applied to the related Constituent record in akoyaGO.
      It walks through the entire process, from a user submitting profile updates in GOapply to an akoyaGO user approving or rejecting the proposed changes through the Change Requests table in akoyaGO.
