Please note, because all training requests are considered New Work, estimates must be approved by your client contact (akoyaGO administrator at your organization.)

| New User Training – Grants Management |
| 60 - 120 min | akoyaGO users who will be working in the Grants Management area (typically Program Officers, Grants Managers, etc.) This includes akoyaGO users who process donor-advised and/or competitive grants, scholarships, and payments. Finance users may also find this course helpful since it includes approving a request and processing payment in akoyaGO CRM. | – |
| New User Training – Donor Management |
| 60 - 120 min | akoyaGO users who will be working in the Donor Management area (typically Development and Donor Services staff.) This includes users who work with donors and those who enter/process gifts. Finance users may also find this course helpful since it includes processing a gift payment in akoyaGO CRM. | akoyaGO + Accounting |
| New User Training – Fund Management |
| 60 - 90 min | akoyaGO users who will be creating new fund records, running fund statements, or setting up fund connections. *Please note this course is not only limited to users who set up new fund records since viewing information related to funds is also covered (i.e. grants made from funds, gifts made to funds.) | akoyaGO + Accounting |
