Workaround option - you could use an expression field totaling the responses and have a logic HTML if that expression is greater than 100 that is large font and red telling them to fix the problem
-
I think this makes total sense as something the system should be able to do.
No idea if it would work, but it might be worth playing -- could you add an "Open Date" field to the Opportunity form and trigger a workflow (legacy or more likely automate, you'd have to dig a bit) to change Publish to Yes on that date?

I don't, but this would be dreamy!
The status tracking knows the constituent, request, and payment/requirement - if each upload slot could route to the entity of our choosing... !!

This is a common question we get as well. (Upvoting!)

@Lisa - have you tried this recently? It was reverting back when I tried to remove it. Maybe the bug has been fixed since then?

I like this idea! Product Suggestion material for sure if there isn't already a way.

I'm looking for the grantee to be able to distinguish between their open apps. One grantee has multiple applications open under the same opportunity, so they all look the same on the In Progress view.
-
There really needs to be an option to sort the "In Progress" view in the GOapply portal by other fields.
One of our large, multi-grant partners has 99 open requirements plus they are applying for new grants. Yet, GOapply requires sorting by status tracking "ID" which is completely irrelevant to the GOapply user.
-
Has anyone found a way to identify each open application for a grantee? Example: Pull one of the status tracking fields (title?) into the "In Progress" view
We have a grantee who is applying for multiple grants of the same type and the only way to identify which is which on the "In Progress" screen is by status tracking ID which is difficult to share and keep track of when multiple users are collaborating on proposals.
The organization applies to at least three GOapply clients, so I don't think it's an isolated situation. It's not an issue on reporting because we can pull the grant title in from the request. Has anyone solved this for applications?
