Hi Laura,
Sending you an email, we can deactivate your "active" apps and that will not allow for any future submissions. I love the giant STOP sign, but I hope we can provide a better fix :)

Hello all,
Thank you for your suggestion, Candice! I am happy to report we put this suggestion into action this month. In the September User Groups we heard several requests for help with Email Templates and Workflows, so we hosted a training webinar on that topic last week! That recording is now available as video in GOsupport. We look forward to doing these trainings more frequently based on your input.
Best,
Chelsey

Hi Noah and Kwin,
That would be great! I am not sure what Microsoft limitations exist with this one, but I have added this as a suggestion in our internal database for DEV review. I appreciate your feedback.

Hi Amy!
Thanks for your feedback. I have added this suggestion to another product suggestion ticket that shares a similar thought. We appreciate your insight!

Hi Candice,
Our goal is to get all the content loaded into GOsupport this week and next week. Keep an eye out for an EMPOWERED 2023 Content folder in the Knowledge Base.
Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,
Great ideas! While we do not have a case queue tracker yet for clients, we have improved the client view of support case status in the
My Support tab. Our automated emails now include more information as well, including a message when your case is closed and how to respond if the issue persists.
Example:
If your reported issue persists or you believe this case was closed in error, please reply to this email.
If you have additional questions please visit our GOsupport Portal to submit a new case:

Posted by Elli Haerter (South Dakota Community Foundation) A technical question for the scholarship user group, for those of you handling recurring scholarships, for year 2 if a student is ineligible, but could regain eligibility in a future year, how do you handle them in Akoya? Probably not a GoApply question so much as a general Question. Do you make a text note on their contact record? or something more searchable? out of 1300 scholarships, we might have to do this for 50+students.
