Privacy Policy

GOsupport uses the information you provide to authenticate you, serve portal content, and process support requests.

Google Analytics

With your permission, GOsupport uses Google Analytics 4 to measure general portal usage and whether suggested knowledge articles help users avoid opening support cases. Analytics is disabled until you select Allow analytics. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can revisit or withdraw that choice at any time through Analytics preferences in the site footer.

Analytics events may include the type of portal action, the selected knowledge article identifier, its position in the suggestion list, and whether a support case was subsequently created. GOsupport does not intentionally send case subjects, case descriptions, contact details, organization names, search text, query strings, or case identifiers to Google Analytics. Page URLs and referrers are reduced to their origin and path before collection.

When analytics permission is withdrawn, GOsupport stops sending custom analytics events and removes Google Analytics cookies created for this host. For information about Google's handling of Analytics data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
