This suggested learning course introduces GOfund from the fundholder’s (GOfund User's) perspective and covers processing grant recommendations in akoyaGO CRM. It also covers troubleshooting and advanced optional features. 

Using the GOfund Administrator Guide reference, you will learn how to find and process grant recommendations in akoyaGO (to an organization, to an established fund, and recurring.) You will also learn how to utilize optional features (Change Requests, GOfund Charts, and Funding Opportunities), as well as some tips for basic troubleshooting.

      This video demonstrates the GOfund user experience, from accepting an invitation and logging in to navigating the UI.
      It shows how permissions set in akoyaGO control what fundholders can view and do, such as running fund statements, updating fund profiles, submitting grants, and accessing history and documents.
