A solution to better organize Views
I may be the only person with a hundred views but I need a better way to organize them than just "My Views"--- I generally create all views for staff so I am the owner of way more than what I actively use!

Large Universities Using GoApply
How is everyone handling large universities in GoApply- with one Tax ID and may departments/ programs, etc.?
We have the fiscal sponsor mapping set up but that's almost the opposite of what I want.
I need to leave the organization and Tax ID and allow the new department or organization to be a new applicant. -
How are you setting up grants approved to repeat annually?
I would like to streamline how we are currently doing this so please share how you are setting up grants that repeat annually. For us, if the grantee wants to request any adjustments, they would need to submit a new request so this is only grants that are the same for two (or more) consecutive years.
Do you set up multiple payments in one request? Do create a new request 12 months out?
Is the grant amount for the sum of both years or do you use a grant amendment?
Do you have custom fields to help guide your process?
Do you send the grantee notification when their renewal is coming up? Do you require anything from them?
Do you have any of this automated?
